To enter the Güell Park is to enter a fantastic world where an artistic disorder teases our imagination.
In addition to the fact that it is very pleasant to walk and stop there, you will be able to come across Gaudi's extravagances, reflections of his fantasy, such as fountains adorned with strange animals, caves or even the famous multicolored lizard. 🦎
Original and pleasant, you just have to go there to understand why this park is so well known and recognized.
2) The Sagrada Familia
It would be complicated to talk about Gaudi and Guell Park without talking about his life's work and surely the city of Barcelona's: the Sagrada Familia! 😍
Among the few hundred reasons that could push us to visit it, here are a couple of them: besides being an architectural icon, it is the only great temple in the world still under construction. It is, in fact, an exceptional case since its construction, which began at the end of the XIXᵉ century, is not yet finished today. It is funny to know that in its early days, this one was located in the middle of the fields.
Now it is surrounded by the city and the completion is scheduled for 2026... 🕍
You don't have to be a fan of its architect or even know him to appreciate his work and that of his life so to speak since he devoted almost his entire career to it!
When you visit it, you will notice that it is the perfect combination of tradition and innovation. We advise you to discover it to properly enjoy the spirituality that emanates from it.
