Yes. The routes are designed for adults: the puzzles call for thinking, the challenges build camaraderie, and the pace holds the attention of managers and field teams alike. The tone stays light, never patronising.

Yes. Teams from Odoo, BNP Paribas Fortis, Proximus, PwC, AXA and Decathlon have already played with Coddy, in Belgium and elsewhere in Europe.

No. The game is played on foot, at a pace each team sets for itself. It's about thinking and working together, not physical performance.

The Urban Rally focuses on discovering the city: history, landmarks, unexpected places. The Tribes Trophy is built around team cohesion: challenges, a more intense pace, a competitive spirit. Both are non-linear — teams do not follow one another.

Yes. The routes take place in a standard urban setting that is wheelchair accessible. If a particular spot is hard to reach, a team can take another path or unlock the mission remotely.

Yes. The organiser has a dashboard that shows each team's location and progress on a map, in real time. You can message one team or all of them, and score the photo and video challenges. You stay on top of the event without chasing after everyone.

No, and that's by design. Each team moves along its own route: no single file, no dead time. They all meet at the shared finish point at the end.

Yes. You download all the photos and videos after the game — handy for an internal newsletter or a LinkedIn post. You can also ask us to delete everything permanently.

The default duration is 2 hours; allow about 2 hours 30 in your schedule for the briefing and the wrap-up. The duration can be adjusted to fit your programme.

Yes. You can set an identical finish time for all teams; the duration then adjusts automatically to each team's start time. Handy for moving straight on to a meal or a drink.

A precise starting point is shared with you in the practical information, sent a few days before the event.

Yes. The finish location can be adjusted to bring teams to a specific spot — a restaurant, a bar, your offices. To be arranged together, case by case.

When the timer runs out, or once all the missions are solved, the teams head to the finish point. The final ranking lets you announce the winners, on site or later.

One single code per team, shared among its members. You need at least two connected and charged smartphones per team; ideally, each player joins the game with their own phone.

It's recommended so that everyone takes an active part, but not mandatory. All the phones within a team are synchronised.

Yes. You simply resume the game on another phone using the same team code.

You can adjust the number of participants up to one week before the event, subject to our terms. After that, last-minute adjustments remain possible on an exceptional basis.

Yes. The hosting can be provided in English on request.

It depends on the scenario and the city. Some languages aren't covered everywhere: Portuguese, for example, isn't available at the moment.

Yes, with the premium package: up to 8 custom questions (text and photos) can be added to the route, perfect for slipping in an internal in-joke.

Yes. A free test is possible on simple request, on site or remotely.

Coddy is present in more than 70 European cities. If your city isn't covered, we'll tell you clearly.

Once the order is paid, your game stays valid for 3 years. You reschedule the date freely within that period — handy in case of the unexpected or bad weather, since the game is played outdoors.

Yes. The price is calculated per player; it is adjusted if the number of participants changes.

Both. A card payment link can be sent to you on request.

Yes. Share your Peppol ID and we'll send the invoice via PEPPOL.

No. An invoice can be issued without a VAT number; enter your details when you accept the quote online.

Yes. Share your PO number and it will appear on the invoice.

For a booking with a quote, the invoice and the codes are sent to you a few weeks before the event. For a direct online purchase, the codes are available immediately.

Yes. The vouchers are available in French, Dutch and English.
