Invoicing and quotes
- How does payment by invoice work?
- You receive a personalised quote, then an electronic invoice (Peppol if your company is on the network) in your organisation's name once confirmed. Payment is made by bank transfer.
- Is the quote free and without commitment?
- The quote is free and does not commit you. It shows the price for your city and group size. You can then update the information from your personal page.
Cancellation and refund
- Cancellation
- Cancellation is free up to 7 days before the activity. In bad weather, you can reschedule free of charge. Your codes can be used once at any time within 3 years.
- Refund
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, any deposit already paid is refunded in full. Less than 7 days before the event, the deposit is retained by Coddy. If Coddy cancels the event, all amounts paid are refunded in full.
