Each trail is played on foot over a distance of 4 to 4.5 km and lasts 120 minutes. The format is suitable for a team activity organised in central Brussels, with discoveries linked to the locations on the trail. Teams progress as part of the game and have a meeting point for the start and final gathering.

What is the minimum age for taking part?

The minimum age depends on the chosen trail: it is set at 12 or 16 years depending on the game. This makes it possible to include participants of different ages in a company activity by selecting the trail suited to the group. Both Brussels trails last 120 minutes and take place on foot over 4 to 4.5 km in the city centre.

What budget should you plan for a team building activity in Brussels?

For the PRO package, the price per person ranges from €14.50 to €23.00 excl. VAT, and the minimum participation is 10 people. For example, 40 participants represent €740.00 excl. VAT, or €18.50 per person. The PREMIUM package ranges from €21.50 to €30.00 excl. VAT per person. These amounts allow you to compare the formats according to group size.

Which Brussels locations do you discover during the trail?

The Brussels trails give access to historical, cultural and heritage sites spread across several areas. Depending on the trail, you may see the Sainte-Catherine district, Bourse of Brussels, Brussels Town Hall, Manneken Pis, the Musical Instrument Museum or the Royal Palace of Brussels. The list also includes fountains, old streets, monuments and religious buildings.

Is on-site facilitation available in Brussels?

On-site facilitation is available in Brussels. It supports the game throughout the city, from gathering the participants to the end of the activity. Departures take place at Quai aux briques or Carrefour de l'Europe, depending on the selected trail. You therefore benefit from a facilitation framework associated with the 2 available trails, each planned for 120 minutes and 4 to 4.5 km on foot.

Does every player need their own smartphone?

That is the most comfortable setup: everyone follows the puzzles on their own screen and nobody waits for a turn. One smartphone per team is enough to play, but the experience is far better when each player has one.

What should we bring to play?

A smartphone charged to at least 80%, comfortable shoes and good spirits. If the phone is getting old, add a power bank: the app stays active for the whole trail.

Can we change the number of players per team?

Yes. The size shown for each trail is the one that works best, but you make up the teams as you wish and you can still adjust them on the day.

Can we play in several languages at once?

Yes. Each player picks their language at launch, including within the same team: two teammates can play one in French and the other in Dutch without missing anything.

Do we get an invoice?

Yes. Payment is made against an invoice, due at the latest 7 days before the activity. Electronic invoicing is in place.

Running a team building in Brussels

Two meeting points are provided in Brussels: Quai aux briques and Carrefour de l'Europe. The latter is beside Brussels-Central railway station, allowing you to reach the departure point directly from the station. For a departure at Quai aux briques, the meeting takes place there, in the quays district. Teams meet at the designated meeting point at the end of the game to conclude the activity together.
