Invoicing and quotes
- How does payment work?
- Once the quote is confirmed, you receive an invoice in your school's name. Payment follows the terms stated on the invoice.
- Do we need a VAT number to book?
- Schools usually do not have one: leave the field empty when you confirm the quote. Your school's name and the relevant details will appear on the invoice.
- Is the quote free and non-binding?
- The quote is free and commits you to nothing. It shows the price for your city and your number of students.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Cancellation
- Cancellation is free up to 7 days before the trip.
- Rescheduling
- Once the order is placed and paid, your game stays valid for 3 years. You reschedule the trip to any date within that period, whether because of the weather, a strike or a change in the school calendar.
