The PRO package is available from 10 participants, at a rate ranging from €14.50 to €23.00 excl. VAT per person. The amount depends on the number of participants planned for your activity. For example, 40 PRO participants represent €740.00 excl. VAT, or €18.50 per person. This package helps you set your team building budget according to the group size.

How long does the game last and what distance is covered?

The route lasts 120 minutes and takes place on foot over 2 km. This duration corresponds to the planned playing time for The Trophy of the Tribes LAUSANNE. Participants move through the different areas covered by the route in teams of 6 players. The format therefore combines an outdoor activity, a defined distance and a clearly established playing time for your team day.

Which places can you discover during the route?

The route may take you to places such as Lausanne Cathedral, Saint-Laurent Reformed Church, Palais de Rumine, Château Saint-Maire and Saint-François Reformed Church. The places visited also include Place de la Palud, Promenade Derrière-Bourg, Place de la Riponne and Promenade Jean-Villard-Gilles. These landmarks combine religious buildings, historic buildings, squares and balance elements.

From what age can participants take part?

Participation is open from the age of 16. The Trophy of the Tribes LAUSANNE is therefore intended for teams whose participants are aged 16 or over. Each group is organised into teams of 6 players and takes part in a 120-minute outdoor game starting at Cathédrale de Lausanne. The minimum age applies to every participant registered for the activity.

How many routes are available in Lausanne?

One route is available in Lausanne: The Trophy of the Tribes LAUSANNE, on the theme The Trophy of the Tribes. It lasts 120 minutes and takes place on foot over 2 km, starting at Cathédrale de Lausanne. Participants take part in the activity in teams of 6 players. Does every player need their own smartphone?

That is the most comfortable setup: everyone follows the puzzles on their own screen and nobody waits for a turn. One smartphone per team is enough to play, but the experience is far better when each player has one.

What should we bring to play?

A smartphone charged to at least 80%, comfortable shoes and good spirits. If the phone is getting old, add a power bank: the app stays active for the whole trail.

Can we change the number of players per team?

Yes. The size shown for each trail is the one that works best, but you make up the teams as you wish and you can still adjust them on the day.

Can we play in several languages at once?

Yes. Each player picks their language at launch, including within the same team: two teammates can play one in French and the other in Dutch without missing anything.

Do we get an invoice?

Yes. Payment is made against an invoice, due at the latest 7 days before the activity. Electronic invoicing is in place.
