You meet your teams there before the game begins, then each group starts the activity with the information associated with the chosen trail. The precise point to use is indicated with the game booking.

Which monuments and historic places are included in the trails?

The Roman trails pass places such as Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Four Rivers Fountain, Altare della Patria and Column of Marcus Aurelius. They also include Church of the Gesù, Quirinal Palace, Palazzo Montecitorio, Piazza del Campidoglio, Palazzo Venezia and Saint Peter's Square. Other landmarks also feature in the trails, including Obelisk of Montecitorio, Galleria Sciarra and San Salvatore in Lauro.

What budget should you allow for a team building in Rome?

The PRO package in Rome costs €14.50 to €23.00 excluding VAT per person, with a minimum of 10 participants. For a group of 40 PRO participants, the amount is €740.00 excluding VAT, or €18.50 per person. The price depends on the package selected and the number of participants included in the booking.

What age is required to take part?

The minimum age is 12 or 16 years depending on the chosen trail. This difference is determined by the selected trail, and the applicable age should be checked when booking. Participants explore Rome on foot for 120 minutes, over 3.5 to 4 km, as a team. The activity can therefore bring together colleagues and relatives provided that the chosen trail matches the participants' age.

Is on-site hosting provided in Rome?

No on-site hosting is offered in this city. The activity is based on one of the two playable trails in Rome, starting at Piazza di Monte Citorio, Roma, or Piazza del Campidoglio, Roma. Teams play for 120 minutes and walk between the places included in their trail. This format lets you run the team building directly in the historic center.

How long does the activity last and what distance must be covered?

Each trail lasts 120 minutes and covers 3.5 to 4 km on foot. The playing time includes the challenges offered to teams at the different places visited. Participants meet at the indicated starting point, form teams of six players, then take part in the chosen trail. The pace allows you to play while observing the monuments and squares included in the activity.

Does every player need their own smartphone?

That is the most comfortable setup: everyone follows the puzzles on their own screen and nobody waits for a turn. One smartphone per team is enough to play, but the experience is far better when each player has one.

What should we bring to play?

A smartphone charged to at least 80%, comfortable shoes and good spirits. If the phone is getting old, add a power bank: the app stays active for the whole trail.

Can we change the number of players per team?

Yes. The size shown for each trail is the one that works best, but you make up the teams as you wish and you can still adjust them on the day.

Can we play in several languages at once?

Yes. Each player picks their language at launch, including within the same team: two teammates can play one in French and the other in Dutch without missing anything.

Do we get an invoice?

Yes. Payment is made against an invoice, due at the latest 7 days before the activity. Electronic invoicing is in place.

Running a team building in Rome

The meeting point is Piazza di Monte Citorio, Roma, or Piazza del Campidoglio, Roma, depending on the chosen trail. Participants reach one of these addresses from their railway station or parking area, then divide into teams before the launch.
